We provide open-source CAD files for hundreds of aluminum extrusion enclosure profiles. There are no extra mold charges for all standard profiles, with an MOQ of just 1 piece. Available drawing formats: STEP, STL, DXF. All CAD models are fully free for commercial use without copyright restrictions.

Access the repository and open the 3D-Models folder for 3D files or the CAD-Drawings folder for 2D engineering drawings. Hit the Ctrl+F keyboard shortcut, input your target model number (e.g. K100), and you can instantly locate the required drawing files.
The length of all standard extrusion housings supports unlimited custom lengths. The matched standard end caps are 2.0mm thick flat aluminum plates.
You can independently design customized end cap styles and connector mounting holes. Our engineering team also supplies professional drawing design assistance upon request.
